No. They stay in your balance until you use them.
What do 5 tokens get me?
One complete plan: a full training week with sets, reps, load guidance and coaching notes. If a generation fails, you aren't charged.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy a pack when you need one.
Is API pricing different?
Not per token. The API uses the same balance and the same prices, plus bigger packs for higher volume. Developer accounts don't get the free signup tokens, so if you want to see a plan first, try it from a regular app account.
